Is there a video from Thursday September 2nd at highway 36 and Osgood in Stillwater/Oak Park Heights in which there was a hit and run southbound in which the motorcycle rider was seriously injured? Some young blonde woman was driving her car and left the scene. My coworkers have looked for a news story of it online and we find nothing. The motorcycle rider had severe head injuries and he’s not doing well.
Intersection is just fine.

That is a horrible intersection. It always has been, even before the re-route and split of 252/610.
