When bro's leg hit that wall, my brain went straight to bad scooter memories😂
I'm 3 for 10 against 5 year olds. Once I get to 8 of 10, I will up my game to 6 YOs. 😅
Lol first vid
Those kids that are punching each other in the face saw Don Frye fight Takayama once and said "WE SHOULD MAKE THIS OUR TRAINING REGIMENT, LOOK AT HOW BADASS THEY ARE!"
they show shit in the name of boxing on social media and they say do this and you'll get stronger 😂
lmao him running away and his trainer chasing after him (3rd clip) 🤣🤣
Working on breaking bad boxing habbits right now. For example i have a bad habit of blocking punches with my face.
Hehehehehe i find this very funny
I'm about to do my first amateur boxing match at age 32 on my birthday. I did Muay Thai for a few years and did a couple matches, but that was when I was 16, so I don't think the experience is going to translate at all. I just finished paperwork for Cyberknife in the process to remove a tumor in my brain that I found out I had when I was 17. I thought I would never be able to fight, but I finally have the chance. Does anyone have any advice for someone getting ready to fight for the first time as an early 30 year old? I am fully aware of how difficult it will be to have any sort of career in combat sports, but having epilepsy for 16 years almost, then finding out there is an opportunity to attempt something you've wanted to do since childhood, gives you a different drive to achieve it.
i want to ask a question ive never been hit properly and i dont know how it is to gt punched in the face so i asked my friend to hit mi with a 30-40% jab he is like 20 kg heavier then me is it ok?
There are two types of fighters. Those with theories and those who win fights
there was a somewhat famous and well respected MMA training camp, i dunno if its still up, i think it was called the Blackzillians, they were known to go like 100% during sparring, punching and kicking each other in the head etc.. should've called that camp the CTE factory
Someone who is a real good boxer should go down to that gym with that trainer that blasts his students in the face and whoop his ass.
The "smart drill", I kinda like it but now that down shot. Maybe if he leveled it for jab or a flat hook, just for the muscle memory.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Tell that to my old coach from NGBA “headgear is meant to protect your brain “ guys a moron
Thank you for notoriously pointing out how stupid it is to get punched in the head that way in training. There are still too many gyms and people out there who believe in this "you need this to toughen up" stupidity.
3:35 Gotta build up that CTE early, right? Sheesh.
4:48 broke my foot like that when I was a kid. Ouch.
US Marine here ('97 to '07). Yes, that is quite common in the barracks. Most of the time gloves weren't around though.
"If you're gonna be stupid, you better be hard"
Well, we were as hard as they come.
Great channel, love your content. Thanks for putting it out there.
