  1. Asking what the guy's IQ is while trying to offer a police officer CP. Brilliant. He should have been arrested and jailed just for that because how stupid he is.

  2. He told him she said the damage was 10 yrs old, she had said that she was talking about having an accident 10 yrs ago.
Completely 2 different things. The cop either misheard what she said.

  3. She's a business owner that can't figure out where she is and can't contemplate simply renting a hotel room to avoid jail. That's what alcohol does to low IQ people. It makes them so dumb they can't do basic things and need law enforcement to take care of their needs which is why she said she preferred to go to jail.
Alcohol takes low-functioning adults and renders them mere infants incapable of caring for themselves.

The guy was no better. He can't grasp the concept that a test can be conducted without an absolute pass or fail conclusion. And even when he had objective proof of his drunkenness, via a breath test, he still whines about racism and that the deputy screwed up by arresting him after he "passed" the FSTs. In reality, the deputy was spot on, and predicted that he was intoxicated based on the tests, and was proven correct in his assessment by the breath sample. So in his case, Alcohol gave him such an altered perception of reality that he thought he passed and that racism was why he was arrested. He obviously screwed up his FSTs, which the deputy assessed and detected, and he was confirmed drunk by his own breath sample. So his ability to accurately judge reality was completely destroyed by alcohol.

  4. The cop should've helped her go in and pay for a room with whatever card or cash she has in her purse. She's obviously too drunk to even realize she has money, and she wasn't driving so she didn't actually do anything wrong, it was her boyfriend.

Him asking her what the solution was is a total dick move. He knows she's drunk and clearly afraid of being in an unfamiliar area. She's telling him she doesn't know what to do, she doesn't feel safe… she kind of had a point even though she's drunk as hell.

  5. I really don’t know how these officers put up with these totally off the wall annoying drunks! I don’t think I would act so courteously to these belligerent drunken cretans!
