  1. CASE UPDATE: JAMES KENNETH SWAN II Age 49 of Lindenhurst IL, is still in custody in the Kenosha County WI jail as of 3/31/2026. He has pled not guilty and his next court date is 5/20/2026.

  2. I got this in my feed, and from this is my first video, it's worth subscribing. The off duty cop did a great job in helping, and I sandals too. Way to go ! I'm going down the rabbit hole now.
I'm happy you guys didn't terminate the pursuit. You got the guy. Great work !

  3. I love and support our police officers but departments need to empower officers to end a pursuit. We don’t give a shit about this guys life. He put the public at risk. End the pursuit with a pit and if he expires oh well

  4. I don’t know who’s making the calls on the police actions& protocols , but this is ridiculous…they should’ve pitted him 10x over!
I heard one ask should they stop the chase, uh no. That’ll just encourage more of this type of behavior.
Trying to box him in and acting afraid to damage your vehicle while doing it, looks foolish and weak, chase the criminal, be like AR, stop them before they can hurt more ppl, drive with more aggression, playing nice guy can happen once you get them in handcuffs, until then…use necessary force required for the behavior used by suspect.
So much unnecessary movement-just learn to drive, work together to actually box them in or just pit them if your going to use this method. Otherwise, yawl just need to let them go, ignore or look the other way from their unlawful actions/behavior, just allow them to keep breaking your state law. Which will only increase this behavior and danger to innocent drivers.
WI needs to fire the ppl making these calls and not properly training their LE, and the DA needs to let them know the DAs office has their backs when put in these high risk situations.

  5. I've seen the boxing in so many times here, three or four cars swiftly moving into place and coming to a steady stop. I don't think it's practiced over there!

  6. What is it for 15 minutes of infamy or something I don’t understand why they keep going I mean yeah I took a vehicle but I ain’t have no cops chasing me and I ain’t even want it so I parked it and pushed a doorbell and waited
