  1. i just bought MCT oil from better health yesterday, it is made by Garden of Life, although i started my first tablespoon yesterday i just noticed the bottoel only says MCT but did't notice the C8, does that mean it doesn't have it and maybe i should get a different one? and is 1 tbsp per day what i i shoudl do as per on the bottle? or do you recommend more?

  2. I'm a couple months on carnivore so am avoiding all plant foods until I am clear of toxins. When I begin reintroducing a few plant foods, MCT oil will be the first – even before coffee.

    My nutritional deficiencies have been improving on keto.
    I sometimes feel like I did when I was younger, 67 now.
    I'm trying to 'heal' & repair by increasing growth hormone via extended fasting.
    I fast 4 days, & feed 4 days.
    For the last few yrs I was getting weaker, now I'm feeling a bit stronger.
    You have done some great research bringing this info together.
    It wonderful to hear how some are benefiting from a low-carb lifestyle.

You so right about the mct oil.my father had dementia and I gave him coconut oil and black seed oil and could see the improvement in his life.i told my mom stop giving him the sugar food but she would not.he pass in 2019. I try to tell people about the keto lifestyle and they look at me like I'm crazy.even my doctor.he keep asking me every time I go for my 6month check up he keeps ask me what I eat on keto diet.and act like you can't survive without fruits and veggies.he say blood work is good.kept doing what I'm doing.to bad my mom would not listening.my father would be still here.peoples just have to have ears to hear.

  7. Yeah I’ve heard if you have a proximately 6 ounces of coconut oil a day it will improve your brain memory and will even help stop Al’s timers. There’s a woman I was watching a few years back he did a bunch of research on it and they disbarred her for her research. She showed in several YouTube videos that her husband could not draw a clock but after a day or two of being on coconut oil he could draw a Clock again. I found with myself that if I eat coconut oil pretty frequently I feel like my brain is more clear.
