  1. sugar is my ultimate weakness!! i've actually thought if i let myself eat all the candy/chocolate/sweets i want so that i eventually get sick—that would make me stop! (when i was little the easter bunny left me a white chocolate bunny which i ate and later threw up—to this day i can't stand white chocolate!) it's not the healthy way…but i know that i will never ever eat white chocolate again… thanks for the challenge…i'm doing this tomorrow!

  2. I gave up sugar for 3 months last year (all sugars – even things like soya sauce if they had any sugar in them). I also gave up coffee during this period, as it always triggers me to eat sugary things when the caffeine high wears off. It made an enormous difference in my life. I have since fallen off the wagon but you have just inspired me to get back on!

  3. I always watch my sugar , i have been doing this for a few months now . It is very easy for me to do without the sugar , although i do miss my Mountain Dew . I gave it up too , i only like Mountain Dew , i've tried all the other drinks and i just plan out hate them . Well if i can do it anyone can , cause i was so addicted to Mountain Dew and i quit cold turkey . No Sugar in my coffee , no sugar in my tea , that makes me think about a song , forgot who sings it though , lol !

  4. I think you misread my comment. I was talking about hidden sugars in packaged foods and what to look for. If you read further into my comment you will see I say how healthy and full of vitamins fruit is. Nutritionists agree 100%… well I have never heard of one that tells you not to eat fruit… thats bodybuilders. Maybe I should have said, for weight loss try to pick extra vegies instead of extra fruit as it contains less calories, but for ongoing health yes fruit is excellent.

  5. "no sugar cereals"….she said it exactly on the moment where i was thinking "is this to avoid ALL sugar 100% or just lessen it as much as possible, can i still eat my cereals?"…timing couldnt have been more perfect XD

  6. Also her suggestion is based on the fact that people are taking in WAY TOO MUCH sugar and she wants people to really look at what they are eating and make better healthy choices. She's not saying don't ever eat sugar or fruits she's saying for one day go without then build your healthy diet from there because if people actually read their food labels to see how much sugar is in what they are eating maybe they will realize how much they are taking in and how it can hurt their weight and health g

  7. Wow if I were zuzka I would turn off comments seriously it's just a bunch of sarcastic know it alls. Don't do the challenge if you don't want o, don't take her advice if you feel it's inappropriate for you and don't watch her videos if you don't like her or her advice and please DON'T comment if your going to be an obnoxious know it all jerk about EVERYTHING. Ugh people are so unsupportive and rude.

  8. oh noooes…. so fruit isnt that cool? now i tried so hard to get things to change, i now eat fruits every day, and i make my own smoothie of bananas and stuff, only natural fruits, no cheating!!

And now fruits are crap too? ;<
    after all this stress?…
come on.. you dont eat sallad every day.
I could eat fruits at every moment in the future. but i would be really pissed if someone then came and told me that fruits wasnt a good choise after all this.

  9. Fruits are FULL of natural sugars.. Even though its natural, it still is sugar. Also If I was going to pick a food group to be the "Healthiest food on earth" I would definitely think VEGETABLES are #1. Her challenge was to cut
down on sugars. Period. Shes just trying to get people to realize how much sugar they eat, and most dont think about how much sugar is in fruit. Look it up before you call someone out ya'll.

  10. coffee or caffeine is a stimulant. if your eating a balanced, whole foods, healthy diet you do not need stimulants to 'get through' your day. why on earth would you ever want to moderate fruit?? ..why?

  11. Gimme a break- you folks need to get a life- she's giving a suggestion-Take it or leave it. And for you "know it alls"- fruit has sugar-called fructose. Sometimes you are so addicted to sugar(in its different forms) you don't see the effect until you stop using it. Her suggestion is only for one day, so give it a try, you never know what you may discover about yourself.

  12. It's just a one day challenge. Obviously fruit is good for you. It's just that refined sugar is empty calories…and Stevia adds a little sweetness to your coffee or tea without the calories that come with it (for example).

  13. zero calories? that doesnt sound that fun. why one a HUMAN go on a zero challenge???? weird!! thats like putting a car on a no gas challenge or my laptop here on a no electricity challenge. check out the REAL power and check it out with an abundance of fresh fruit

  14. I have looked at this topic. Aspartame for example has been tested and re-tested for decades and there is zero actual evidence that it's harmful for humans except in massive doses. Take a look at this vid:

  15. Artificial sweeteners are bad for your health. Search it. In diet soda, the mix between cafeine and aspartame is deadly. Its worse than normal soda. And artificial sweeteners can also increase your appetite. Non-caloric does not means healthy.
