Mk8.5 only gets 241 hp in America. Is that normal fare for VW cars? I’m looking to buy this

Who wants a hard gti it’s meant to be everyday not a track car
7 owner, 100,000 miles. Just maintenance brakes and tires. I don't feel like I'm missing alot, wireless android auto would be nice. The screen is small but the matte screen never shows fingerprints. The fake carbon fiber shows less scratches than piano black. I like the under seat drawer and cooled glove box. The 8.5 is prettier but with my 7 as a trade it would still be nearly $30,000.

If you want to driving manual, just switch to sport mode first, and then you can change to full manual control,
But if you drive normal and switch to manual, keep in mind that the gear will shift automatically.

In the US it makes more sense because there’s at 15k gap between the gti and the R with no club sport. That’s almost a 50% premium

The Club sport comes with 19inch brake
18 inch brakes, that's 457mm, my cars got 12.5 inches or 312mm on my A3. To stop quicker, get wider tyres
