  1. For decades they have been telling us that the vast majority of boating accidents and fatalities are caused by operating under the influence and not wearing PFDs. They've drilled that into our heads non-stop. Now they want us to believe that paying $35 for an online "training" course will prevent boaters from drinking on the water and force them to wear a PFD at all times.
Typical MN communists that want to put their boots on the necks of the American people and force us to cough up more tax money. Captain Block doesn't want to educate, he wants to dictate. Disgusting pigs.
How about this, if MN has ZERO boat accidents in 2029 after everyone has had their training, the law stays in place. If NOT, then the law is automatically eliminated and we all get our $35 tax refunded, and Captain Block gets terminated and loses his entire pension for implementing a program that wastes taxpayer money while not even addressing what his own agency claims are the critical factors related to boating accidents.
