the really unfortunate part of this is jons condition. i have a very similar one. this would also be me, rolling on the ground, red faced and screaming, if someone held me down and yelled in my ear. im sure he felt very justified throwing his phone. i throw things too when i get upset by my neighbors. the difference is, im alone in my apartment and there are no cops around me to get shrapnel damage. i feel bad for everyone involved.
really nice work from the cops – Clearly very socially aware and capable of dealing with unique circumstances and peoples reactions. I honestly haven't see this good of policing in awhile. POB to both officers
