Massively helped me with back pain, should pain and my plantar fascitis as well probably from the squat position.   2. Josh, can you talk about how to grip the pullup bar? I see your thumb is kind of just hanging out but does adding the thumb to the rest of the fingers over the bar or using the thumb in the underneath part of the grip make a difference?

  3. hey guys i want to get fit (basically) and flexible ofc , but yk there's just a lotta usefull content out there. like even on this channel there are idk like many many videos you can watch and are all usefull but yk theres a lot, which overwhelmes with the amount of choices . i need advice like a complete roadmap for EVERYTHING idk if that sounds really plausible but any help would be greatly appreciated. please someone help this poor guy.

  5. A few months ago I went to see a PT for a stiff neck. After she had me doing a set of movements that included getting up and down from the floor and squatting she complimenting me on my ability to move as well as I did at 72. She said most of clients much younger than me would have trouble with a number of the movements. I'm 72. I mentioned watching and using movements from you guys for years. She gave me a big smile, a thumbs up, and said keep watching and doing. Thank you both.

  6. Lmao this was awesome. I was just looking for something like this I could do before bed. And even funnier I "play soccer, lift heavy weights, and sit at a desk all day"

    My hips are genuinely completely fucked, I crap in hip flexors a ton, have to go really wide to deep squat cause they pinch etc… But after this I was able to touch my foot to be head no problems. Definitely gonna repeat this every night. Huge help thank you

  7. Thanks for helping us feel better!.. my dad used to sit in the Asian squat while playing with my son when he was a tike, he'd spend hours playing with him, almost all while sitting in that squat..😊
