  2. Hi sir, I have heard it as a myth that protein powder cause breakouts on skin like pimples. I’m taking whey protein from last 2 months and getting acne on the face, I’m not sure if it is because of whey or its just inflammation. I’m so confused in this situation. It will be great if you can discuss this issue.
    FYI, I’m not allergic to dairy and not eating any processed food.

I Don't Know You Know Or Not But Camera's Don't Capture So Many Colors And Saturation So The Videos Need To Be Edit. So I Think You Also Need To Edit Your Videos And Then Post.   13. I am 61 year old female. For last few years , I am religiously following your series specifically Get ripped. It helped me lot in loosing weight and maintaining good health.

    My husband says at this age I should do 4 days weight training with light weights, no super sets and only 24 reps . I should also add yoga , walk as it will only help me in the long run and will save me from hurting my ligaments .

    What do you suggest.

  14. Sir on leg day workout goes good. But next day. Unbearable pain
    Not able to walk not able to climb stairs
    Not able to sit and stand. Next day workout make me feel low due to leg sore pain. What to do ???
