Obvious drunk driver with a kid in the back seat.. so you decide to walk away? Where’s the logic is that?
Four previous and she’s not in jail? What is wrong with our judicial system?
I know she's gonna get a lot of hate in the comments for being a bad mother… the boyfriend mentioned she's on medication for anxiety. She obviously has a lot of issues. I just hope she can watch this video when she's sober and take it seriously enough to get help before something horrible happens… its not worth endangering your child just to numb your own pain.
If this is Wisconsin…they need to be 5x more tough on their drunk drivers. One of the biggest reasons I won't move there….

Any cop except from US cops would arrest her for DUI at the moment they started speaking with her, and sent her to jail. She would be given the possibility to be blood tested, and if she had refused she would still be convicted based on evidence from this bodycam. The poor child would be taken care of by appropriate atorities immediately.

The husband should file for full custody and not allow her to be alone with their kid, she's a danger to him and everybody around her. She was in charge of him, she was responsible for taking him to the hospital and went to get drunk instead with her child present. She's disgusting.

I don't get why time has to be wasted doing field sobriety tests. In New Zealand you say your name into the breathalyser and count to 10. Boozed ya go straight to the cells. Over the limit slightly, a $400 instant fine. No fucking around like this rubbish.

That poor kid. My mom was a violent alcoholic. She’d lock us in as little kids, cut the phone lines and come looking for us with a giant knife. We’d hide in the trundle bed under our bunk beds. I totally remember my brother holding his hand over my mouth because I was crying.

It's pathetic that anyone would drive drunk or high with there innocent child in a vehicle.
This ridiculousness of a forced blood draw needs to stop. They refuse? Charge these drunk drivers to the full extent of the law. Why should all these officers get physically assaulted? Change the laws.

watching this video makes me amazed that alcohol is legal but cocaine is not….god its so painful trying to have a logical conversation with drunks…its like trying to communicate to a 2 year old
The tall cop is a total duche and unnecessary asshole. Just give her the tests and arrest her don’t be such a PoS and controlling because you can mess with her because she’s drunk. Have some professionalism and don’t be childish because drunks are impossibly infuriating especially considering she’s got a child in the car. Shorter cop had a slightly better temper and the female officer could have handled this with much more decorum.
