Im hoping that this will correct my diastasis recti that started to form before it gets worse.
The engaged pelvic came naturally to me the first time I did this exercise, it felt like it was helping me reach and hold peak vacuum and contraction. But what I take away here is that I should lean backward to stay as straight as possible with my spine.
Very disappointed, for one thing, Jeff can not do a vaccum in the first place. Frank Zane could do one, but Jeff can't.
The ice cold water tip is the best so far!
As always jeff thanks
Thanks Jeff, I'm using your videos to get me back in shape at 60yrs and YES I got my nutrition mostly squared away and lost 40lbs since March, now 188lbs
are you supposed to hold your breath the whole time
Classic athlean, still current! Thanks for this video.
What’s the sets on these ? How n m any days a week ?
In another video you have us engage the pelvic floor at the same time as the TVA. I find them fighting with each other and difficult to hold both. Is that natural? Suggestions?
Please? Wear supportive underwear, so that we can’t see the outline of your d**k & b*lls? 😂😂😂😂
You are the man. Best explanation of this muscle group.
I’m confused about the breathing once the vacuum is established. Some tutorials say hold your breath, some say continue to breathe
So we don't breath in at all during the vacuum? Just keep blowing out?
Is Jeff a vampire? Dude dont age…. 😂
Are there any other alternative exercises that target the same muscles?
frank zane was the VACUUM GOAT
Jeff you're flexing your spine, thus rounding your back from the desire to look at your own abs causing forward head posture. Naughty naughty
Thanks in a million. Great content. Awesome. Very well explained. I couldn't find this explanation–simply put anywhere else. Great teachers are hard to find. Grade: A++💥
Would this help diastasis recti in men?
Thank you for your great videos.
3 x a day, how many reps.
How you do here the rotation? What is the body part that work ?
Thanx Jeff for the detailed explanation
How many sets etc time a week would this be good
Thanks for this detailed information 👍🏻
Is it possible to build facial muscles?
Thanks for showing us a great in-depth video! Definitely only looking at those abs and nothing else 😗👉🏼👈🏼 nothing else was distracting…Nothing else was on my mind… nothing else was really hanging out….Nothing else was biiiiiiiig….😵💫🤤🥵
Arnold Schwarzenegger hates modern bodybuilding (YouTube)
That is not a vacuum lol
amazing video
Thank you.
Jef I hope you see this comment. You should make an updated video on this because this is super important and always overlooked
Thanks for explaining this! I can't wait to try this exercise
this shit scared me LIKE I NEVER TRIED THIS taking out air and getting that much
Not like a bodybuilder but like an athlete!💯
I wonder if this will help me. I’m 62 and had a c-section 30 years ago. I have zero lower abs. I’m not overweight, thank goodness so I look fairly in shape for my age, but I’m aware of the weakness I have
Using this technique on the diastasis recti I just discovered on myself.
I love you jeff
How many times per day? How many sets? Undoubtedly weak transverse abdominis and the internal and external obliques being weak has led to some serious issues at the l4 l5 area. Please help
So we are not supposed to hold our breath. It's so hard to control the breathing while doing this
Once you get the vacuum, do you inhale and exhale slowly? Or are you holding your breath for a certain amount of time?
