  1. The engaged pelvic came naturally to me the first time I did this exercise, it felt like it was helping me reach and hold peak vacuum and contraction. But what I take away here is that I should lean backward to stay as straight as possible with my spine.

  2. Thanks Jeff, I'm using your videos to get me back in shape at 60yrs and YES I got my nutrition mostly squared away and lost 40lbs since March, now 188lbs

  3. In another video you have us engage the pelvic floor at the same time as the TVA. I find them fighting with each other and difficult to hold both. Is that natural? Suggestions?

  4. Thanks in a million. Great content. Awesome. Very well explained. I couldn't find this explanation–simply put anywhere else. Great teachers are hard to find. Grade: A++💥

  5. Thanks for showing us a great in-depth video! Definitely only looking at those abs and nothing else 😗👉🏼👈🏼 nothing else was distracting…Nothing else was on my mind… nothing else was really hanging out….Nothing else was biiiiiiiig….😵‍💫🤤🥵

  6. I wonder if this will help me. I’m 62 and had a c-section 30 years ago. I have zero lower abs. I’m not overweight, thank goodness so I look fairly in shape for my age, but I’m aware of the weakness I have

  7. How many times per day? How many sets? Undoubtedly weak transverse abdominis and the internal and external obliques being weak has led to some serious issues at the l4 l5 area. Please help
