  1. Mike Tyson’s stocky, compact physique gave him a low center of gravity and incredible power in short bursts. His build allowed him to generate lightning-fast punches and explosive movements, making him both fast and formidable despite not being tall or lanky.

  2. Tyson style coupled with the head movement and punching power. He won his first heavyweight title in two rounds with left hook that seemed powerless but the champ could not stand in his feet, I think he tried to get up twice if not thrice

  3. This is the Joe Rogan podcast from when I started listening. Talking passionately and from the heart. I remember watching the dark studios with Redban talking complete shit and occasionally making sense to Joe who via his podcast got me to quit bodybuilding and start BJJ. Still love the pod when Joey Diaz is on it or they do the MMA ones with Eddie Bravo. I understand that he's always discussed what's going on in the world but some episodes these days are just one guy talking abt his very specific shit and joe asking questions. If it's specific shit I care abt I'll listen otherwise I'll skip it. Used to literally wait for these pods. Jerez, it's 9am in London and I've just had a therapy session after a mad one last night.

  4. Mike only began losing when he stopped training to do this, & began head hunting with single punches instead of high speed combinations.
When you're 5'10' with short reach against men of 6'5' & long arms, that's catastrophic.
