  1. Even after telling Edge to not stick around after it is closed, does it? NO. Just check task manager after you close it, especially after using Copilot – there's a gazillion processes still running, just like Chrome. All grabbing your data so the cheeky little AIs can later take away your job and make you redundant.

  2. Microsoft snuck Copilot on my Win 10 machine during an update. I uninstalled it immediately. I figure anytime a company resorts to sneaking around it's never for my benefit and not to be trusted.

  3. I don't need it, I don't want it. It's just one way of programming people, getting used to having AI help all the time, and the next step is to implant a chip in your brain, because you won't know how to tie your shoelaces without AI help, and that is because what you don't use (your brain) it becomes stunted and loses its function!

  4. Communicating with AI using spoken words will be excited, typing words is a foolish clumsy bad way! Another promotion is that the AI should always take the active windows as input and understand the content, image in it, and can interactive with windows using words through AI.

  5. AI, as far as it's come in the last year or so… is a joke, predictive text is not intelligence and built in propaganda is not a feature. If you're after fiction, maybe…. if you're after facts it's a definite no. Don't take my word for it, you can test dozens of models in Ollama or LM Studio.
