  1. I think y’all are getting this WRONG! Half the population cannot convert *FOLIC ACID* into folate!! THAT is the problem, the methylated ones are the ones that HELP, not hurt!

I know a lady who was jacked up due to this and not even knowing it was an issue! But once she found out she simply takes methylated B and folate never folic acid or cyanocobalamin.

Man made sh*t is never good!!

  2. What about those of use who are over methylators? If I take methylated B12 or folate, I get anxious and jittery inside. I had to learn the hard way! I have both of the major MTHFR mutations, too. Even though I do have the mutations, I have to take unmethylated B12, and I have to take small amounts of folinic acid (unmethlylated).

  3. I want to get on methylated vitamins and thought I could get them all in one capsule(?), but my health store disabused me of that hope. Please tell me what array of methylated vitamins I’ll need to buy to be healthy, and the grams of each one, or help me know what site I can check out for that info. I’m 82 and post-stroke and now I forget very fast and have some trouble processing. If one of your team who is not as busy as you are (if there is such a person), could you sic her/him on me? (I’d put you in the Will, but it’s pot luck…)

  4. I am making it my mission to bring awareness to MTHFR…so many have no idea what it is and that they could be part of the population with it.
