I've suffered from severe depression all my life . I've learned to live with it . When I'm having a really bad day , I'll listen to the studio tracks of MILITIA , FIGHT FIRE , DAMAGE on loop . After a while , I feel much better thanks to the sheer energy of these incredible tracks .
