  1. Hopefully Max or Gary see this. I'm 38 years old. Went to prison 3 times for a total of 7 years, and also did 3 years in juvenile detention. My sister died last January 2 weeks after her 40th birthday from a heart attack (she had a leaky valve). My Uncle Rick died on Christmas from a heart attack. Every male on my dads side of the family had a heart attack by age 50 and open heart by 55. My moms side of the family has diabetes, arthritis, knee and hip issues, along with other things. I quit smoking a week after my sister passed away. Just over a month ago i cut out all fast foods, deep fried foods, flour, noodles, potatoes, alcohol, energy drinks, and tons of other stuff. Everyone on my mom and dads side of the family are all high in body fat and have health issues. I don't want to end up like that. I get horrible acid reflux atleast 5 times a month and haven't had it since starting my lifestyle changes. My testosterone was only at 227 to i started doing TRT about a week ago. I take Gut punch by Alkamind and AG1 everyday along with some vitimans and amino acids. I started a workout routine 2 weeks ago and so far i feel so much better. I want to get my gut healthier. Im still trying to catch up financially on things, but when i get enough $ i want to do Garys genetic test to fill the deficiencies in my body and live a better quality of life. Ever since watching this podcast ive learned a lot and want to keep learning. Theres many things i want to take to be healthier, but financially i cant do those things right now. I've been sober from drugs since 2011. Life is short and i want to feel "normal" and be around for my children for years to come

  2. My 47$ per month is providing some trash……whrere are your standards?
You finished your podcast with the question…..What does it take to be the ultimate Human? If this is the Ultimate Humane…..OMG…. Gary…..What are you doing? You claim to me pure but this is not pure.

  3. While I appreciate this individuals path and what he has gone through to get where he is….I don't understand why you choose to interview someone with lax morals and not filter on his language. Really, Gary, is this the type of person you would set as an example for your children? Have you sold out? I thought you had some standards that I aligned with but not sure anymore. Feel free to email me with your defense of using this person as an example of the ultimate human…….

  4. I’ve been getting over a cold and made some mental excuses not to go the gym or eat healthy the last couple days. This video pumped me up now I just hydrated with water, electrolytes, glutathione now Im about to go crush a work out and get back in routine. Thanks Gary and Max!

  5. Respectfully, I
don’t believe YOU are born an addict… Addiction is an outworking of believing a lies. You might have engaged in addiction, but an addict is not your identity. Enjoy your life discovering all God put in you
    Be blessed 🙏

  6. I almost didn’t watch this because my pre conceived notions of some football player that I’m not interested it. This has been the best podcast you have done. Addiction is a motherfucker. I’ve been told I’m an alcoholic who never had a drink, but the addictive personality is still there, it just manifests in different areas. Thank you both.
