I haven't seen part 7 but you mite even if it's only 2 or maybe five each but put an sall army in your 2 new claim.
Though it might be long but you should connect roads to your biggest town so all 3 are connected like a highway. Does horses get your ppl around or your army faster .. I think if when you took those other 2 if you connect them with roads and add ox not just have one each to help things go faster. Crossbows might need to be in order. You've become a true King. The wooding lodge you put in the new town wasn't perfect. You gonna blowup your berry supply.
You could have built the communal oven from the start. I believe the unlock you got when you hit medium town was for a burgage plot to become a baker and it makes more bread than the oven you placed
