I've got a cracked rib healing for 2.5 months now and the only thing I can do (to my knowledge) is Biceps and Squats. No shoulder press or pushups or dips. Anyone know what else to avoid for a while? Don't to want re-aggravate it again.

Alternating working the biceps and then the triceps. 😊
