  3. Hello maan sir. Mai 32 years ka hu 20 days pehle mera bike se accident hogaya tha. Mere pair ka proximal bone pura tut gaya tha. Doctor ne operation kr ke 5 plates lagaye hai. Or mujhe 2 mahine chalne ke liye mana kiya hai. Or sir mujhe aapna wajan kam krne ke liye kaha hai. Mera weight abhi 110 hai. Mai apna weight kaise kam karu.??

  5. i started this leg workout last week, on Wednesday and Saturday (my leg days) and you have to believe that today ( monday) my legs are still in pain due to this intense workout.. the first part didn't hurt that much but the second one, where we have to do 150 reps, i cant even stand that day, even though i am doing legs for the last 7 years.. so guys, trust me, this workout will definitely gonna work..
