What is the song it's name?
I tried this a second time after a 72 hour rest, as a beginner again, this is too hard for me when I am exercise number 3 straight after the shoulder push up, so I am going to swap 3 with 4, to give myself a little more rest time.
I struggled with the 3rd exercise. I may need to change the order to have a little longer to recover or go 20-10 twice on this? 🤔
