  1. Nah. Just use your head and get out the situation. Just be cool and fights are really unlikely. These little tips won’t do anything but give you false confidence. I train MMA daily (going on 6 years)…my best defense (by far) is my head and a checked ego (and no alcohol or other mind altering drugs). Also, if you are in shape and have strength, most people instinctively don’t want to mess with you. Street fight are super dangerous and can be lethal (weapons, friends, concrete, law suits, manslaughter). Just avoid at all cost. Some untested stuff you play around with at home could set up you for an altered sense of the reality. People who see me train say they want no part of me in a street fight (even guys much bigger than me). But I want less of that they do since I know how serious it can be. Just avoid at all costs and deescalate please.

  2. Im a girl but i want to learn all this too. So, I'll be joining next year. And i want some opinions about which will be great. Taekwondo or Muay Thai or other? Don't judge just because I'm a girl 😅, i actually want to learn it so bad. ❤

  3. Nooooo. You really need to practice under supervision, or you're just going to embed errors that only expert eyes can notice. Maybe you can get someone to watch you on camera though?

The best thing you can do before getting trained proper technique is to build your endurance and basic strength. Running and calisthenics, for example.

  4. This is pretty good and easy to learn although if you can i would really recommend going to classes to learn bjj boxing judo whatever because watching YouTube can only help you go so far eventually your gonna need someone to spar with or equipment to train with
