The driver needs to be charged with anything and everything that he can be, placed in a hard core prison for 20 years absolutely NO chance of parol. The school should be investigated and possibly held liable for hiring without a proper background check. All school staff should have full background checks before hiring. Everyone. Its a great honor and responsibility to be allowed to care for another's child
Those poor kids. Just think about how much worse this could have been! And what else could have happened to those kids! How did this guy become a bus driver?! People are to trusting with kids to strangers. They trust other people to raise them, they trust other people to transport them, people they have never taken the time to even meet.
This happens more often than people know.
One thing is confusing, trump signed an Excutive Order his first month in office to ALLOW anyone, even those who need a guardian or consertiveship, to buy and own a gun.

Bus driver needs to be charged. Dropping small kids on a busy road miles from home in the cold after sunset. Unexcusable. I'm glad the kids are safe and thank you to those that helped. 🙏
