That is a uniquely dangerous situation, they go from good traction at the beginning of the turn, so they cut in all the way, but then lose it half way through, cut the wheel back to try to correct, and then regain traction at the end of the turn with their wheels now pointed in the wrong direction.

Even a skilled driver is at risk when iced roads are present how many went through for hours and no reports were made to the police or highway authorities caution signs and ice melt would have helped 😮
