  1. The recording one is false. No soul does that to watch their form. It's to correct the form slightly but to post it on the gram or some shi.
Everybody after recording just takes a seat on the leg machine and laugh and scroll for a solid 2-4 minutes.

  2. Out of all the people in the gym, there would be just one or two that be judging or talking shit abt you. Rest don't care. And the one's judging don't go to the gym for workout but rather for harassing ppl and making content out of it. So don't care abt these things, ignore everything and just focus on yourself

  3. Who has the time to waste even giving a fuck about anybody else anywhere around you as long as they don't matter to you or your life? I wouldn't care two hoots about anyone there. Cuz I don't give a flying fuck to anyone I don't want anything with; or don't have or wanna have anything to do with. I'm a stoic, sigma guy anyhow. Don't talk to anyone more than I wanna or need to or think fit.

  4. I tried to go to the gym for the first time last year, every single time I would see people poining at me and talking about me and laughing to eachother, havent gone back since, I never want to experience that again

  5. a newbie that is me pov be:
    1. damn, he focuses more on forms over weight. maybe i should do it too.😃
    2. help, is he waiting for me to finish mine? 🫠
    3. damn bro's confident, love that! 🤗
    4. dayum… keep flexing bro, that's hot af 🔥🥵
    5. man, even he's down bad, he's still at the gym! respect! 🫡
    6. don't bro feel hot under that hoodie? I could never. 🤔
    7. bro needs to actually work out or get tf out 😡

  6. So what if you're being judged they're people who you don't know. You should know you're worth and keep working on yourself regardless of what people think. They never know the second side of the coin neither do you. Keep lifting bros

  7. love how videos like these make things worse to people who are afraid of this happening I guarantee nobody gives a a fuck about you in the gym and if someone gives you trouble REPORT IT DONT JUST TAKE IT stop creating stigma for shit that is just internet imagination

  8. Started going to the gym less than a week ago and have gone 3 times so far. At first I felt like everyone was judging me or that I was doing something wrong, but today I felt more comfortable. My friend came with me for the first time and she felt the same way. I told her that one day she’ll know what she’s doing too, just like the people we see now — so there’s nothing to worry about. It actually took me two years to finally start going.

  9. This is so real I I tore my ACL and I used to be able to squat a lot and I had to I had to start over and it was really depressing and like I would I hate for people be like wow she’s squatting so little like judgment is so crushing

  10. I put off going to the gym, stupidly, for a long time for a lot of these things in this video. Then I managed to have enough self-confidence to sign up and give it a go, because the thought of wanting to improve myself outweighed the thought of being judged by others. In the end, it’s fantastic, you go in, do your shit.. 99% of your interactions are either people noticing you are new and giving a little bit of advice to help your form etc, or asking you how many sets you got left to do haha. And I did this in a new country too where Spanish is spoken, not my native English (commonly). Then you end up getting in a conversation about where you’re from and why you decided to move here etc haha. After all those years putting it off, I’ve realised there are so many benefits now and it gives me a great outlook on other things in life in just doing the same, going for it! Just something for all the people who were like me to consider, it’s not THAT bad when you push yourself out of your comfort zone.
