Judge rules Dogukan Gunaydin can’t be deported for 2023 DUI arrest



Dogukan Gunaydin has been behind bars for 40 days, and remains in jail, though an immigration judge has ruled he can’t be deported for a 2023 DUI arrest.

  1. The judges in this country all need to be pulled out of their physician very pathetic they have chosen the illegals over the American system especially our people in this country praying for the lost souls along with the Democrats and our government throughout this country 🙏♥️🇺🇸

  2. Why was he awarded a UMN scholarship with a DWI on his application? DWI is usually a scholarship disqualification, especially for merit based scholarships. His DWI "sweetheart" settlement deal is also questionable. Why didn't he receive a MN felony for recklessly fleeing the police in his vehicle? It seems more than one governing body has shown preferential treatment to maintain his student visa. Is this what they call disparate treatment? As for prioritizing MN public safety when international students are involved, forget about it.
