When our judges apply rulings of law equally to all people as if they all have the same rights as citizens of our Nation, then those judges have forsaken their own Nation in favor of globalist views. The United States of America was never designed to be the whole worlds toilet. But judges who grant criminals of other Nations who illegally flee to America and illegally enter America equal rights with law abiding American citizens, they are not American judges in my opinion, but rather globalists activists pushing a globalist agenda ! just my opinion !

That’s ok, the government can just take their sweet time to approve any new applications and make it a paper process. I would take the long shore-man tactic of letting the fruit sit in the port without moving it through the system take the longest possible time to process the applications.

The Judicial Branch was never supposed to act like a command center.
They are to simply INTERPRET the Law when there’s a discrepancy.
They are not to insert themselves because they don’t like what the Executive Branch is enforcing.
They are there to interpret what’s set forth by Legislative Branch (what’s written) and Executive Branch (what’s enforced).
‘We the People’ vote in those two.
Judicial Branch are nominated by President and confirmed by Senate.
The Judges can be impeached.
Which again, Marbury vs Madison 1803, is very important and was a landmark and landslide case.
The Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Trump using the 1798 Aliens Act.
For a Judge in a lower Court to block President Trump on a region, Venezuela, in which Obama signed and declared a National Emergency, show favor towards an allegiance (Deep State), not the greater good.
And this Judge just happens to be a Clinton appointee.
Marbury vs Madison 1803, says, “a law repugnant to the Constitution is void.”
So, anything the Deep State did not want to be enforced by a President and Congress, should have been abolished.

This was already adjudicated by the Supreme Court as well as in the Chevron V NRDC the Chevron Deference where all alphabet agencies not elected by we the people and are NGO's can't pass policy as law. the executive branch and Legislative branch appoint the Judiciary and can be removed by impeachment for violating the law as written n the US Constitution Article 2 they are to interpret the law only if there's a discrepancy on the merits of the law. They can't decide for the people as they weren't elected by the people.
