Just got fired from 10x Health. Ask me anything about the company and I'll be at honest and sincere as possible. See my notes below as well.
. There's a product called 10x Optimize, it's a catch all supplement that's specifically made for the methylation system in the body. Every single person is always recommended the 10x Optimize, sometimes they'll recommend something else in addition to 10x Optimize depending on your genetic test results but if you're looking to skip the process then just go with the 10x Optimize because there's a good chance that it's the only supplement that you'll be recommended anyways.
. Your results are taking longer than expected for a few reasons. We might have misplaced your sample, the sample might have not been sufficient, lost in transit, your test results were made but never sent, we tested your sample but no results were made, someone got fired while testing your sample, some weird fucking dude might have drank your spit…. There was a couple of months where people's samples went missing, specifically women under the age of 30 and it turns out some freak was fucking eating the saliva samples.
. Customer service not getting back to you? Either they just didn't feel like working with you anymore, they're still waiting for another department to get back to them, or they got fired (i was emailing back and forth between like 7 patients and there was a bunch more waiting for an update from me that they'll never get)
. Your supplements haven't come in? The only thing that has ever been on back order for over a year was the gummies and it was only for about 3 months. We're fucking lying to you, the warehouse fucked up the order.
. Want a refund? According to the policy we can only provide a refund if the service was not provided or if the service was broken such as a broken bottle so if you want a refund for supplements that you didn't intend to buy then throw the bottle at your wall and report the bottle as broken upon arrival.
. Got supplements that you never intended to order? By default, your supplements are on a bi-monthly subscription so you have to make sure to click "one time purchase" before adding to your cart.

. Want the upgraded genetic test but your offer is no longer valid? Ask customer service if they can send you the link to the precision test for existing patients. If they say they don't have it then they're lying, I had it saved just in case someone's email wasn't working or something so that they can still get the discount. The supervisors will have it even if they didn't provide it to the rep that you're talking to.
. Why was I fired? Well, a lot of people were calling reporting an issue with the password to access their test results. I was fired because I would pull up their test results using the provided password. I would do this to verify where or not the password was actually busted, the "correct protocol" was to report to our generic test team but the only thing I would ever hear back in return was "let the patient know that they need to double check the password as they input it" so I just said fuck it and started handling the issue myself. I found out a couple things though, I found out that MAC computers have a weird issue that won't let the encrypted PDF file through, therefore the password CAN'T be used to access the test results and any new password won't be and to either. I would assist patients by either having them pull up their test results on a different device or by sending the test results in a different format. I got in trouble with this and my all my supervisor said was "Who taught you this? I didn't teach you this! I'm going to have to report this and you can get fired for doing this" in heavy ebonics because she's a diversity hire. In fact, I was the only straight white male and I was the only one who seemed to know how to do my job so well that I even got fired for going above and beyond what was expected of me.
. Why is customer service so incompetent? They're all diversity hires. There's a group chat that's absolutely flooded from customer service reps that don't know what to do so they're all harassing the supervisors with questions to figure it out. Every day the chat was wild with the most simple solutions but it seems like all of my coworkers were fucking lobotomites. Also, one time a black bitch typed in chat saying "shit well I've been sipping my wine haha you know me" and then promptly got fired, this was in response to another black woman saying "am i the only one drinking right now or wassup??" But spelled with heavy ebonics, of course.

Joe this is a scam – Read the company reviews it bad! I am out $1200 – I had a challenging experience with this service and feel it's important to share my concerns for the benefit of others. Despite investing a significant amount in their testing services, I encountered issues with professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, I did not receive all the necessary login information to access my results, rendering the process ineffective. Additionally, my attempts to reach out for assistance were met with a lack of response, which was quite disappointing.
I think folic acid and cyanocobalamin causes autism, make sure ure vitamins don’t have that synthetic form. I think it should have folate acid and Methylcobalamin. I think most prenatal vitamins and infant formula milks have synthetic that accumulate and become toxic like cyanide poisoning and results in mitochondrial complex 4 shutting down and being in a stressed phase.
