To my fellow home gymgoers, do this with bands and only use dumbbells for the shoulder press. Unless you have enough money for a whole damn cable machine just use bands.

I always start with rear delts now. You can train lateral and frontal hard when you're done with the rear, but the other way around is not that doable for me.
