  1. Just to add, the reason military like training is so effective is because during that training period our only break away is sleep.
Im a US Marine so I can only speak for my experience. But for 3 months all I did was march, speak loudly, only refer to myself in the 3rd person as “this recruit”, shaved my head, ate 3 meals all balanced and exactly the same for the most part, drank an insane amount of water each day, trained 3 times a day in physical activity, Marine/ Military knowledge, and March/ drill.
That exact formula for 3 months all while being yelled at, and being mentally and physically pushed to my limits. That is effective because you are in a non stop state.
I entered boot camp an 18 y/o obnoxious, reckless, and immature kid, I graduated a respectable, mature, extremely fit adult.

To train as Batman, I would highly recommend that you at some point try to incorporate a similar approach, no you don’t have to join the military but I do think a 4-6 week training exercise where you are pushed both physically and mentally under extreme pressure will generally give you the greatest leap into the realm of a Batman esk mindset.

  2. I was kidding at the end at least he put on a batman costume and went out to take on 4 dudes. 😂😂 anyways I appreciate the content.

  3. 5:48 I can account for this, unfortunately I have no real evidence. I'm a dreamer, like I mean I've entered other body's in my dreams, and one I entered was a man with a fire attire I might add, but he was immensely powerful, He busted the wall into a castle crowded with monsters, well it was me, but like in his body. And as I was about to attack the monsters I planned to dash into them, and I could feel the sheer amount of power in his ankle, like I mean it was astonishing I can't even describe that strength, the muscle was just full of compact ready to burst energy.

  4. Pound For Pound Batman is the Most Dangerous Man on Earth. We Not Talking Army Rangers, Navy Seals, & Marines Recon-Raiders. Batman is a Trained Killer That Don't Kill.

  5. That's nice. The last five years, I've lost everything just for being honest. Also, I've never been paid better than a legally recognized slave. The money made by my efforts was delegated to go somewhere else. Good that you can afford to live like Batman for 5 years. I guess some of us are slaves, and some of us are privileged. lol Literally can't wait for all this society to crash down on everyone.

  6. i dont want to be batman but i want functional strength
im trying to figure out how to get strength that is functional without bulking and while keeping flexibility/mobility

when i completed p90x insanity i remember i put on muscle fast even though it was calisthenic and cardio work i remember i had lost alot of flexibility couldn't touch my shoulders
i stopped working out let the muscles atrophy and now i am over weight again trying to find the right workout that will allow me to slim down to the slim athletic build instead of the hulk build my genetics seem to lean towards.

  7. I'm 6ft4 and BUILT! I did try this training but I got sick of women walking up to me, biting their lower lip and asking "what's the point in training to be the man that you already are..?"
