Sold the grass farm for the first time on PC (after switching from console I only bought what I actually needed) sold it in under 20 minutes for over 700k while its also been supplying my nightclub
The Rogue plane is perfect for Paletto Bay MC sell missions into LS. It'll take off in a short distance, solid climb and travel, and at least twice as fast as Oppressor. As with most planes, it comes with a parachute, where the oppressor doesn't, so when on the north side of the mountains eject straight down to the labs, pulling chute at last second, drop off when low enough no to die, repeat with the next truck. While driving the Rogue can be reclaimed and respawned when ready to go back north.
Location of grass farm, I got mine in vinewood, although my other labs are in Paletto Bay, personally, I have buyers remorse. If I want to do the long range higher laid deliveries, and they give the Post truck, as a solo player, at least half of ground ya gotta cover is uphill,where coming from Paletto, MUCH of it is at least on a downward grade. Going uphill with a Post truck is bad enough, factor in GTA stupid freakin traffic patterns makes it even worse. You WILL get stopped on a 30⁰ grade or worse. Just my experience with it so far, so after the first time I tried it, all my grass farm sell missions have, out of necessity, been Los Santos runs. Good for now because of the enhancements, but after☠️

Your video on the grass farm breakdown did awesome. Since Friday, I've pulled down well over 5 mill with all my MC businesses, Nightclub, and street sales. Currently have 5 mil in my bank. Friday, I bought the farm and all the upgrades. I bought the Drauger, full upgrades, 2 of the 3 LS carmeet feature bikes, full upgrades. Found a tricked out Sandking across the road from Sandy Customs(never knew about that Used car lot, but now will never not check it) also got a Dune Basher or whatever that truck is called that one is used for parts delivery at the bunker, full upgrades. So, all this bought, and still having 5 mil is pretty freakin good.
I have a few comments, please bear with me, first, I'm a solo grinder. People I'm friends with thst do play GTA, their attention span is worse than mine. They will go away from what we are doing with a timer running…lol. so, the Grass farm etc, update, with the way you broke it down on Friday, I've been grinding my MC businesses ever since. My Coca-Cola and Math Labs are in Paleto Bay, but I bought the grass farm in Vinewood. Sorry, but this was a bad move. The sell missions, as a solo player, I am stuck doing the ones in Los Santos instead of the Long Range pacific rim because where the Vinewood Grassfarm is, if you try to do Pacific Rim and they give you postal trucks, at least half of the drive is uphill, and they SUCK at uphill for a solo player. From Paletto Bay a majority of the trip into Los Santos is at a downward grade, especially on the western highway that tuns through the tunnel at fort Zancudo. I run a truck down, do the five deliveries, and spawn my Rogue(plane), hop over the mountains, parachute straight down, and into another truck, then claim the Rogue replacement through Vineland club app. Depending where you are, it will usually spawn in the giant sewer/river or on the beach. Less than 2 minutes return time. With the free resupply for biker businesses and the uptick in Grass production, so far, this weekend and yesterday, I have 5 mil in my bank. That's with Math, Coca-Cola, Grass, and Nightclub. After the new update drops, I'm going to get the Kasatka and Sparrow to open up Cayo Perico. So, my bank has 5 mil, and that's after buying 2 of the 3 bikes at LS carmeet and upgrading them completely. As you can tell, I'm in the throes of my ADHD, sorry, I went off subject, OH, I also bought the Drauger and upgraded it also, and MOST of the cost I made off my MC businesses. While waiting for those businesses to build stock, I deliver cars for my auto shop, and I do the customer bikes for MC clubhouse. That allows me to pull down 40 to 60 g's per delivery. If i stay focused, I can do the 2 cars in the auto shop, and while doing the bike delivery, at least one more will get dropped off at the auto shop, same for the clubhouse bikes. Those deliveries allow me to try out cars I don't have yet, and purchase them too.
I know this was long, again, sorry for that. I could keep going, but im probably only saying what Hazard, HarmNone, Pooborama, or TCC has said in their videos. Hazard, just wanted to let you know I was out here killing it thanks that video where you thought were Just rambling. I followed ya the whole way, and it's working. Back to the grind.

I love the Cliffhanger and I bought it a long time ago. It handles very good for not being a sport bike. For the wheelie challenge, I always go with the Manchez Scout. My longest wheelie is almost 11 miles, and I get close to that score every time. I think I am in a lobby for two of thought challenges per year.
