Mc businesses arent worth it anymore. So many forms of income that can make more than them. Better off moving locations to cheapest location and keep them with no upgrades and running so nightclub can use them
I use documents/ forgery business to fill my passive nightclub bar I never sell document/forgery keep both supply bars full for the passive income bar at your nightclub

It's worth way more than the "Documents" business. I've not sold my Documents for quite a while because they pay so little. Even at 2x money
