The 87000 can do some good, patriotic work by just sending out any owed to tax payers. Why only work when it's time to hurt, harm, or collect from taxpayers? The reason mostly low income people are owed and not collect is they are busy working or the elderly is busy struggling with health issues, life, or funerals. And the only way this government can help is threaten people with dates of filing claims or they miss out on the monetary help they need? Is this an organization that is really useful? Every program funded by tax payers should benefit Americans, not threaten Americans. Help Congress "balance the budget" since they aren't either competent enough, too lazy, or busy making themselves millionaires by voting policies to limit Constitutional rights in exchange for payoffs or infiltrating major segments of government agencies to do wrong. Just calling out the basics from the news reports! Remember, if enough intellect is available, Americans are intelligent thru education indoctrination or common sense given by God. So all this is another piss poor way of how this organization operates. No respect to operate better for the people who fund this program.
