These are only a few videos that watch the entirety of the whole video, good money💯

I can't believe a supposed expert, constantly driving home the importance of safety when training alone, proceeds to bench using a thumbless grip like a crass amateur. Not a good example of safety!
Nice and easy explanation, props man!
thanks bruh helped out massively with my confidence to bench alone
Real ones love goin solo
Claps only on deadlifts
Like this man, you just have to tren hard
is mike natty; either way i still rate his work ethic and results
"If" you were to start off with 315lbs, just do one rep per set, tuh save yo' energy, go up 10lbs per set, based on what I just saw you do with 315, as a black mane, from here in Louisiana, who wuz bone in dem 70's, I must say dat, dere's "no" doubt, in my mind that you will get 405!!!!🤨
Thanks for the advice. Makes good sense.
Put 2 plates outside of the clamps.
My gym has power racks so i put an extra set of j-hooks just above my head incase i fail.
@mikerashidofficial what about Smith machine?
Honest and informative. Giving feedback on your successful lifts and "fails" is refreshing bro. Always motivating
3year old video but its gold because i just bought a bench and im lifting alone.
The way you explained everything is clear and makes sense.
I took 80% of my max, going from 5×3 to 5×4, and I definitely increased my max squat(I pause on all reps). Your body gets used to that weight more, increasing your max. I still don't fully understand it, but it has worked out for me twice now. So, if you want a straightforward answer, spam 80 to 85 percent, and you will gain something.
🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 thanks for the jewls #mikerashid

Hi mike first time watching your video u give awesome tips💪
I’m kinda shocked you didn’t just say use spotter arms? I workout at home and my spotter arms have done their job when needed.
No spot. DUMBBELLS! 120, 130, ETC.
Thank you
i love your message of safety first, it shows discipline and good values
Yeah and he has his thumbs behind the bar and not around it.
Weight prolly dropped cuz he ain’t using them thumbs. Use your thumbs to grip the bar tight!
What’s a good rep range for strength training? minimum & max reps
Min 5:22 😄
Bro thank you! The no clip advice seriously helped me out tonight bar fell when my shoulder gave out 🙏🏾 not giving up tho 💪🏿!
Yea if I don’t got a spot no clamps g
