  1. Imagine genuinely seeing an item set and assuming that means that the character is going to be in the game. You know, especially given that there were infamous items in the base game from villains that have never (and very likely will never) see screen time.

  2. Ever since the gaming industry about a year or so ago started trying to make $70 base price a normal thing for games, I have yet to see a game actually worth $70. Half the time they're still not worth $60. I refuse to pay it, and if I ever do see a game that I want charging $70, I will wait until the price drops, or is on sale. I've played $30 Indie games more deserving of a $70 price tag.

  3. The rich text is so funny because it really does encapsulate the poor experience of this game that they had an idea for, but did not follow through on and complete. I don't know if I should feel bad because this will likely be the end of the studio, or at least the entire dev team once they're no longer contractually obliged to create content for this flop, but then you remember what came before and how this must have been the result of WB Publisher tinkering and was doomed to fail from the start. That first cinematic trailer was so hype too, it's a shame.

  4. Ngl the game itself is fun and the gameplay is also fun but man their decision making with their upcoming contents are ass!! But the base game itself is 💯💯💯💯💯

  5. 1:25 that cutscene is better than what we are seeing from Mortal Kombat 1s seasonal cutscenes but that’s not saying much. The style is remarkably similar though. Likely WB just looking to do things the cheapest way possible. “Why do full cinematics when you can do motion comics style?” -some ahole

  6. Omg the entire time during the video I was just thinking "Fuck off with that UI! Get that shit out of here! Let me see what's actually happening on screen!"

I don't understand how people actually play this game. It's just noise. And I don't understand how YOU played this game for so long. Thank you for your sacrifice.

And I basically had to watch the video twice because the visual noise just distracted from what you're saying. I can't imagine playing and having to keep track of a story while this visual puke is just thrown at you.
