I feel like people forget how many workouts she has that incorporates dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights and workout benches for more high intensity workouts because I used to start off with 3-5lb dumbbells when I started and now I use 10lbs and if I can’t push myself then I’ll use my 8lbs but regardless I love this video and how it shows that Chloe ting can be for anyone but you definitely need to adjust it to your skill level which she actually mentions quite often in here videos because she reminds you that everyone’s body is different and you need to push yourself to your limit and not the limit you either see shown in the video 🙌🏼🫶🏻

I don’t understand all the hate about her being a fake eater.her videos helped me sooo much during covid.i am not a super long workout kinda person and i lose focus quickly so her short workouts with the way i adjusted my diet helped me lose about 13 pounds during the lock up and while this might not be a lot to some people it was so much for me with my pcos and how difficult it normally is for me to lose a few pounds
