You forgot the safes. Usually they carry around $10-$60 and a pocket watch. I always find three safes
Side note. If you go to the front of the train and put dynamite on the safes. You get more money and valuables.

I don’t even rob trains. Just give it up. Everyone knows the train robbing system is broken. It’s not even worth it. There’s no way to not be identified. The amount of money you receive is relatively minuscule. You’ll have to eventually spend half of it on your bounty. And your honor becomes shit.
That technique is good but you will get a bounty. It is better to do it inside of a tunnel. You won't get any bounty doing that
