IT WATERS DOWN ALL HER ENVIRONMENTAL ADVOCACY WORK… IF U WANT TO PUBLICIZE AND PRAISE GRACEFUL AND HEALTHY/ACTIVE ELDERING – LOOK AT POPULATIONS THAT DO NONE OF THE ARTIFICIAL STUFF AND FOR WHOM 85 IS NOT CONSIDERED OLD AT ALL… LOADS OF THEM ARE 85 AND UP AND THEY HAVE THE BEAUTY OF NATURAL, HEALTHY AGING…

  3. Eat like its war time, and you can do alright. eat as much raw veggies or lightly cooked, (I eat green and red peppers, seeds and all like an apple, really high in vit. C) eat minimal, no over eating, no fast food, throw out ketchup, and other high sugar high sodium condiments, watch your carbs , remember carbs attract water which increases arterial pressure , > high blood pressure. Get walking, get some weights, stick them in your livingroom, memberships not needed, tell the wife to go f&*^ck herself if she says no. You can do this on very minimal money, a bag of rice, a bag of potatoes and canned beans, lentils, and some meat if you can afford it, tins of tuna and the dollar store would do, handful of bananas cheap, an apple or 2, and get out of the store.

  5. I won't knock her for getting facelifts and stuff. Many a person does it if they can afford to. Many others WOULD if they could afford to. It still helps to maintain a great diet and fitness level because plastic surgery won't keep you young and healthy on the inside. She's not decrepid stuck in a rocking chair so she's clearly taking care of herself and doesn't just 'look better' due to the facelifts, etc.

    Also, I like the videos but please get a better AI voice! This one can't pronounce very simple, basic words and sometimes its hard to understand what the heck it's saying!!!
