Could someone explain why they always insist on the field tests?. She is saying she is drunk and willing to do the blood/blow tests so wouldn't they already have enough for DUI?.
I understand THIS specific case has other issues about who is driving and all that. But in general.

What a lunatic. He basically begged to go to jail. He lied about driving. Tore up a very nice truck and then proceeded to step up to the officer.. She’s probably had a very difficult life with him
