  1. Misconception that oxalates can be degraded through cooking, it can not. Just talk to Sally Norton, the foremost oxalate expert in the field of nutrition. She will tell you there’s no minimising oxalate in anyway except to not eat it!

  2. I agree mthfr is bad, but the foods you recommended would be a terrible choice for anyone to eat. It's important to get natural folate, but don't eat legumes you will have huge amounts of inflammation.

  3. Not a fan of the teleprompter. I love Gary for his impromptu speaking and slight tangents he goes on. If you use the teleprompter, just use it for main points. Love you Gary.

  4. As well as this guy knows science in general….I think he's been so wrapped up in the science and minute details of science that he hasn't had time to learn how humans aren't cut out for grains, legumes and that ALL plant based materials have toxins of some form or fashion that don't agree with our digestive system…can we eat them…of course we can, been doing it for centuries but that doesn't mean that our body is meant for them, my theory is that plant based materials were meant for a backup when animal products were hard to come by. In addition fiber is messing more people up and the people it messes up don't even realize that the fiber they are eating is giving them all kinds of issues. EVERY plant is designed to defend itself by one form of toxin or another, some more harmful than others some not so bad like in the cruciferous family, these have the least amount of toxins but still do have toxins. Having some is fine, no problems with most people micro dosing but this is why carnivore is the ultimate elimination diet and EVERYONE is designed for carnivore, it was the original diet.

  5. Supplements for my ADHD saved my life, brought me back from the suicidal brink caused by adderall induced neurotoxicity. Left me a crippled panic ridden mess, almost cost my my career, but with hundreds of hours of research I’m now more functional than I ever was on medicine. this is my daily cocktail —

Mucana puriens (20% pure L dopa, precursor for dopamine synthesis)
Host defense lions mane (this has been miraculous for healing the damage caused by the adderall)
High dose high quality methylated B vitamin complex (had severe deficiencies that were never identified, primarily B6)
    Wild caught fish oil
    Magnesium glycinate
    Vitamin D

  6. I got the gene test and results, but haven’t been able to schedule with anyone. It’s very frustrating. I need some guidance on diet and I am not noticing any difference with the supplement. I have been taking them since the beginning of February… ugh
Is there another company that provides nutritional guidance?

  7. Thank you Gary! I’m a mother of 9 biological children (some are adults) and a foster parent and currently have an 11 month old who has been with us from birth. I’m a huge nutrition nut and your podcasts were recently recommended to me by a friend.
We won’t know for a while yet if our foster baby has ADHA or any other challenges, but I’m looking for foods and activities which will grow her to success. Thank you!

  8. I’ve had such a horrible experience w 10x so far ! ☹️
Ordered my gene test and vitamins two weeks ago. I received my vitamins today, but no gene test. When I called for the gene test, they told me they needed proof of payment. I sent them proof of payment for the gene test and the vitamins. I do not understand why the vitamins were sent, but not the gene test when they were connected to the same payment method. After emailing proof of payment, I was toldto expect a call within the hour but nothing. I called back and now I’m getting the runaround about either getting my order expedited or getting a refund.
