One expert up front would be Dr. Stacy Sims, a researcher who has done pioneering research to help women train and fuel optimally across the menstrual life from puberty through post menopause. Her perspective that most research and strategies are focused on men and do not completely align with a woman's physiology. Her books ROAR and Next Level are game-changing guides for women seeking to improve their health.

  2. I realized that I have been craving some of these pre-biotic fruits and veg and didn't know why. Greenish bananas and apples, mainly. I wonder if my body is trying to tell me something?

  3. I do what I call a "brain dump" before bed. I write out my to do list for the next day. It definitely helps me relax before bed. Would love to see more meals ideas, workouts and motivating talks like this.

  4. Thanks I agree with these small (but not small) tweaks. I have been focused on getting out for a half hour walk every day. it has really made a difference to my mental health. I'll add in another tweak, maybe water, as my next challenge.
