The woman could probably get the speech ticket dropped, because charging her and arresting her for swearing is against the first amendment and arguably since it's directed at a cop it's even more protected speech, calling politicians and government employees names is the highest form of protected speech.

She freaked out, but the deputy also did nothing to de-escalate. He kinda instigated the whole situation. She should've tried to calmly explain that she had permission to park there, but also, if you're just getting off work, I can understand why she was pissed off, just can't let it overwhelm you like it did her.
I'll never understand why people start crying and playing victim when they go to jail. Nothing is going to happen to you in jail, like what is there to cry about?
