  1. I'm just starting this at 74 and find that I need to have a block for my feet otherwise it's too hard on the ankles. But I must be more flexible than I thought because it's not too hard although I do have to keep my back straight because of lower back problems.

  3. Can you make a video about how to stand properly ? Its like im standing with the back muscles in my lower back and not my thighs so i get a real arc in the back when standing to compensate

  4. it's been my dream to deep squat for the last 3 years. I'm a web dev, i spend alot of time sitting. I stretch daily and do exercises. Progress is slow, but it's there.
    hopefully someday ill be able to dev while squatting.
