  1. Despite popular appearances, parkour is a sport obsessed with safety and tje longevity of its users. And being a co-operative sport rather than competitive, there are less pressures to forgo safety for a win or a gain.

Parkour practicioners get injured a lot less than soccer or football players

  2. I would love to see you video about muscle tension relating to stress and the nervous system and how to resolve chronic pain. I can’t workout heavy or hard anymore because the tension heads I get are crippling for days

  3. Parkour is the reminder that we can have fun through our training. Freedom of movement isn't just liberating for the body, but for the mind as well. Even in the earliest stages a perception shift occurs; where others see obstacles, you begin to see opportunities. Cultivating an open and fearless attitude makes for a creative spirit. Thank you for sharing these awesome methods!

  4. I learnt a lot of new things here. Im definitely adding these mobility exercises to my routine. Great video even though I missed the Bio Dad

  5. Geez, some pretty unwholesome comments on here.

This is pretty cool, the idea of problem solving your injury prevention is some big brained shit.

I'm about to be training for a road marathon that has some fairly significant ascents and descents, the ascents I don't care about but the descents worry me because I don't want my knees to explode!

  6. It is ironic that many of us start exercise programs because we want to be "fit and healthy". Sadly, it often produces long term injuries such as knee or shoulder problems. I wish I had paid more attention to this kind of content when I was younger.
