U cant stop comparison. Even if you dont compare yourself to others other will compare you with themselves. U cant stop that. Also comparison is the basis pf evolution even darwin's law of natural selection is based on comparison if you think about it. Even throughout history humans have compared themselves with other humans on the grounds of resources, power, wealth, etc
