So the second case seems a bit shaky if dude had kept his mouth shut. He wasn’t slurring at first and refusing to take FST isn’t illegal. He busted himself by talking. Had he just said I do t answer questions and not said anything the cop would have had nothing on him.

I am always terrified of getting pulled over and being accused of being under the influence. Me, my brother, my dad.. we all have chronic red eyes. I always have drops on me to mitigate it but I look high when I don’t use them. I don’t smoke weed and I rarely drink.
