Dont eat more then 2000 calories skip breakfest eat lunch and dinner no later after 7pm… at like 4 pm drink a fruit smoothie with water and fruits only dont add sugar. Have a workout regimen of 4-5 times a week whatever workouts work for you….. wash your face daily with a good cleanser then moisturize… stock up on good deodorants , shampoo conditoner body wash and a couple colognes… dont forget to brush your damn teeth and use mouth wash.
