After you pop it then you can use some gels like erythromycin and acne lotions. But for the small pimples you can just leave alone and do your skin care routine. Some acne medicine that I recommend that helps me a lot is erythromycin and strydex pads. <— I don’t know how to spell strydex P.S. don’t worry about small scarring, a lot of the time it will go away as you age but you can always get a lazar surgery if you really want to get away the bad scarring, no one really notices and no one cares because they are also worried about themselves like you do, so be yourself 🙂
